Six quick checks that stop most print problems.
PDF is best. We also take JPG, PNG, TIF, EPS and PSD files.
Extend your background 3mm past every edge so there’s no white line after trimming.
Keep text and logos at least 3mm inside the edge so nothing gets cut off.
Upload the highest quality file you have. Images copied from websites often print blurry.
We print exactly what you send, so read it through before you upload.
Set up your file at the size you ordered, or the same shape if it’s smaller.
Bleed is the extra 3mm of background around the outside of your design. It gets trimmed off, but it means your colour goes right to the edge.
The safe area is 3mm inside the trim line. Anything important, like text, logos and phone numbers, should stay inside it.
Our online designer shows both for you, sized to the product you pick.
Every file you upload goes to our design team, who check it’s good enough quality to print. If it is, we start production straight away. If you don’t hear from us, your order has been given the green light.
If we spot a problem with the quality, we’ll put your order on hold and get in touch to sort it out with you.
Email it to us with your name and order number and we’ll add it to your order.
We aren’t responsible for spelling or grammar mistakes in artwork you upload, so please check your wording carefully before you send it.
Use our designer on the product page. It’s already set to the right size.
Tell us about your event or project and we will recommend the right product, size and finish.
