We email you as your order moves through print and when it’s on its way.
Turnaround depends on the product. Each product page also shows the estimated delivery date for an order placed today.
Orders must be placed by 12pm (midday) for the turnaround shown. Orders placed after midday start on the next working day.
Turnaround starts once your order is paid for, or once you approve your design proof if you’re using our design service.
These are estimates. We can’t guarantee an exact day, but the vast majority of orders arrive on time, and we always try to get them to you early.
Tell us your deadline before you order and we’ll let you know what we can do.
We always send your order to the address you enter at checkout. If you pay by PayPal, please make sure the address at checkout is right, as we use it too.
We use the fastest services we can. If there’s a problem with a signed-for parcel or something goes missing in transit, email us and we’ll do everything we can to help.
