1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed with Plus Printing. By placing an order through our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
2. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Once an order has been placed and payment has been received, it will be processed in accordance with our production schedule.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all order details, quantities and specifications are correct at the time of ordering.
3. Artwork Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all artwork, images, text, logos, and other materials supplied are correct and suitable for printing.
By submitting artwork to us, you confirm that:
You have the legal right to use all images, logos, fonts and content provided.
The materials supplied do not infringe any copyright, trademark or licensing laws.
All files are supplied in the correct format and meet our artwork requirements.
Plus Printing accepts no responsibility for copyright infringement or licensing issues relating to artwork supplied by customers.

4. Proofing and Approval
Where proofs are provided, it is the customer’s responsibility to check all artwork carefully before approval. Once artwork has been approved or submitted for print, Plus Printing cannot accept responsibility for errors including spelling, layout, colours or design issues.
5. Colours and Print Variation
Due to differences in screens, printers and materials, colours displayed on screen may vary slightly from the final printed product. Minor variations in colour, size, trimming and positioning may occur during the printing process and are considered acceptable within normal industry tolerances.
6. Delivery
Delivery times may vary depending on the product and production schedule. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed.
Plus Printing cannot be held responsible for delays caused by couriers, incorrect delivery information provided by the customer, or circumstances outside of our control.

7. Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before production has started. Once printing or production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
8. Returns and Refunds
As most products are custom printed to order, returns are generally not accepted unless the product is faulty or has been produced incorrectly.
If you believe there is a problem with your order, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the goods.
9. Limitation of Liability
Plus Printing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.
Our liability shall not exceed the total value of the order placed.
10. Changes to Terms
Plus Printing reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website.
