Artwork Terms
The process of artwork checks when ordering is you will be given an option to upload your artwork. This will be sent to the design team and will undergo thorough checks to see if the quality is suitable to be printed. It it is given the green light we will begin processing and the production. No notification means the order has been given the green light. If we find any issues with quality then we will place your order on hold and contact you to find a solution to this. To keep the order running smoothly we advise trying to upload the highest quality artwork you have access to.
We understand you may have a file that’s very large therefore please email us info@plusprinting.co.uk with your order number and name along with your artwork file which we can then check and proceed with order.
We are open to a variety of files by upload and email. Usual files are PDF, eps, jpeg, png, tif and PSD.
We are not responsible for any spelling or grammar mistakes in a design that has been uploaded by yourself. Please take a lot of care in your checks and proofing before uploading.
