  1. Orders & Artwork

All orders must be confirmed in writing or via our online system before production begins.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all artwork, spelling, sizes, colours, and quantities are correct before approval.

Once artwork is approved or printing has started, no further changes or cancellations can be made.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (for example, if content is illegal, offensive, or infringes copyright).

  1. Design Services

Design proofs are provided where requested.

It is the customer’s responsibility to check all details carefully before approval.

PlusPrinting is not liable for errors that were present in artwork approved by the customer.

  1. Printing & Colours

Colours displayed on screens or proofs may differ slightly from final printed results due to monitor settings, material texture, and print processes.

Minor variations in colour, brightness, or material finish are normal and not classed as defects.

We aim to deliver a high-quality finish on all products, but exact colour matching cannot be guaranteed unless specifically agreed in writing.

  1. Payment Terms

Full payment must be received before production begins unless otherwise agreed.

We accept major debit/credit cards, bank transfer, or online payment links.

All prices are in GBP (£) and include/exclude VAT as stated.

  1. Production & Delivery

Turnaround times vary depending on product type and quantity.

Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.

PlusPrinting is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, or other external factors beyond our control.

Customers must inspect all goods upon delivery and report any issues within 48 hours.

  1. Returns, Reprints & Refund Policy

All items produced by PlusPrinting are custom-made to each customer’s specification. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, bespoke or personalised goods are exempt from standard return or refund rights once production has started.

Quality & Print Standards

We use professional-grade printers, materials, and finishing processes to ensure a consistent, high-quality result.

As print quality can vary slightly between materials and finishes, minor differences in colour, brightness, or texture are not considered faults.

Personal opinions on print “quality”, “colour tone”, or “finish” do not qualify as defects unless there is clear evidence of a manufacturing error.

When a Refund or Reprint May Be Offered

A refund or reprint will only be offered if:

The wrong item, size, or design was supplied compared to the approved proof or order; or

The product arrives damaged or defective due to a production error.

Reporting a Problem

Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

You must provide clear photos showing the full item, defect, and packaging.

Once we verify a genuine production fault, we will arrange a reprint or partial refund at our discretion.

Exclusions

We cannot refund or replace orders for:

Subjective dissatisfaction with colour, clarity, or print finish;

Customer-supplied artwork errors (spelling, layout, size, low resolution, etc.);

Delays due to couriers, weather, or factors outside our control;

Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

All claims are reviewed fairly, but the final decision rests with PlusPrinting.

  1. Intellectual Property

All artwork, logos, and designs provided by customers remain their property.

Customers confirm they hold the rights or permissions to use all supplied artwork.

PlusPrinting accepts no liability for copyright or trademark infringements arising from customer-supplied materials.

Any designs created by PlusPrinting remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  1. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the order.

PlusPrinting shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or financial losses resulting from use of our products.

  1. Privacy & Data

Customer information is stored securely and used solely for order processing and communication.

We never sell or share customer data with third parties.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled exclusively by the courts of England and Wales.
